What's inside

Built for people who don't have time to doom-scroll.

Every story is trimmed to what changed and why it matters — the rest stays one tap away at the original source.

01

Swipe-first feed

Swipe up for the next story, swipe sideways to jump categories instantly — no menus, no walls of text.

02

Curated categories

AI Security, Breaches, Cloud & SaaS, Privacy, Regulatory, and more — follow what's relevant, skip what isn't.

03

Security events

CTFs, conferences, and meetups with real dates and one-tap registration — from DEF CON to your local chapter.

04

Save for later

Bookmark any story mid-swipe and come back to it when you actually have time to read.

05

Share in one tap

Send a story straight to your team or channel without ever leaving the card.

06

Built for low light

A proper dark mode for 2am incident calls — not just an inverted color filter.

Inside the app

A closer look.

Four real screens — from the feed, to picking a category, to the events list you'd see on launch day.

How it works

Three gestures. That's it.

01

Swipe through My Feed

Vertical swipe moves to the next story; swipe left or right to jump straight to a category.

02

Tap to go deeper

Every card opens its original source in one tap, so you always know exactly where a story came from.

03

Save, share, or RSVP

Bookmark a story, share it to your team, or register for an event — without losing your place in the feed.

Questions

Good to know.

Is CyberShorts free to use?+

Yes. CyberShorts is free, with an optional account for saving stories and RSVPing to events.

Where does the news come from?+

Every story is aggregated from established cybersecurity and technology publishers and links back to the original source — CyberShorts doesn't rewrite or paraphrase reporting.

Can I turn off categories I'm not interested in?+

My Feed is built from the categories you follow. Add or remove them any time from the category bar at the top of the feed.

What happens if I delete my account?+

You can request deletion from Settings at any time. We process the request within 7 working days, and the app keeps working normally for you in the meantime.

Is there a dark mode?+

Yes — toggle it from Settings. It's a full dark theme built for the app, not a dimmed screen.
